About a year ago, just like many people, I was having problems with acne. I decided to see a skin doctor and ever since then my skin has been much better and free from acne. I therefore decided to share some products you may want to try if you are going through the same problem I faced as well as let you know how to use them. Even if you don’t suffer from acne, it is still a good beauty routine for skin care. I no longer have skin problems but I still follow this routine daily to maintain flawless skin!
So here are all the products you will need. You can find all of them in a pharmacy or online.
Cleaning your face is very important. So the first thing to remember is to always wash your face twice a day. In the morning and at night. The cleaning gel I suggest is the Gel Nettoyant Hyseac from Uriage.
After washing your face in the morning it is recommended to apply some cream. Here you have some to choose from. If you have dry skin you should go for Suppletive Soin Hydratant from Dermagor (in my case I have normal skin but sometimes when the weather is cold and my skin gets drier I always have this one with me and I put some. I tend to use it quite a lot during winter time).
If your skin doesn’t tend to be dry then you can go for HYSEAC K18 from URIAGE.
Or this one if you want to have some foundation as well, this Sensibio AR BB cream from BIODERMA is the way to go!
At night there is two you can use. If your skin is suffering from a lot of acne you should use one night Akne Micin from Almirall and one night TriAcneal from Avene. If not, just use TriAcneal every night and only use Akne Micin where a pimple appears.
To make sure your lips stay hydrated and smooth here is a good lip balm you may want to try! Tea Tree that I bought at Holland & Barrett.
So that sums up my daily skin care and beauty routine. Here are the results! Hopefully you too can have great results in your journey to flawless skin.
Hope it helps and if you have any questions or comments please feel free to comment below as I will love to hear from you! 🙂
