Lipsticks to me are worth paying money for. Especially ones that stay on and don’t smudge and my latest two that I’ve been very happy with are from Mac Cosmetics. After watching Keeping up with the Kardashians on repeat, I noticed Kourtney Kardashian sporting orange lipstick and it looked amazing. And the best part is there’s a shade of orange to suit everyone! So lighten up this summer and swap the red for orange.

If you want a vibrant orange that stands out the colour ‘So Chaud’ is a good one to get. It’s looks great on people with a darker hair colour just because it is a very bright colour, but really it’s one that anyone could get away with. Pair ‘So Chaud’ with a cute navy dress and you have yourself the perfect summer look.
MAC Costa Chic Lipstick

If you think you’d prefer something a little more subtle then the colour ‘Costa Chic’ would be perfect! Light hair and light skin? This colour was made for you! It’s pearly finish looks lovely against pale skin and looks really fresh and dainty. The peachy colour is great for spring and summer.
Both colours are from Mac Cosmetics and they cost £15 each. I like to think of them as more of an investment. You can wear lipstick with so many different outfit combinations for the daytime or the night. I made the investment and have no regrets! Will you?
