I’m back! It’s me, Dymond!

These past two weeks have been a total BLUR. My birthday came and went and with that birthday came MONEY!! And money means shopping!!! I love the ULTA store, and I get most of my prestige beauty products from there. I basically lost my mind and bought everything I could get my hands on – check out my haul. On my second trip there, I decided to pick up something for my face.

Normally I stick to just eyeshadow and lip colors because in the small town where I live the “popular girls” have walked around with foundation, powder etc. caked onto their faces since they were 13. It was just unappealing to me. Fast forward a bit. Now I have horrible under eye circles due to wearing glasses for the last 8 years, and I’ve always wished I had something to cover them up besides under eye concealers which have always felt too heavy under my eyes.

Enter Urban Decay’s Naked BB Cream – Beauty Balm for those of you who don’t know. I have the self adjusting color tone and it just blends perfectly under my eyes! I don’t use it over my whole face because I have a pretty even skin tone without it, but underneath my eyes looks absolutely spectacular! The cream smooths out any lines and blends the colour with the rest of my face.

The Before Pic: Notice the extreme shininess of the forhead, undereye circles, and chin darkness.

Poof! All gone! Mattefies the face bringing down shininess.

It didn’t melt off even on a boat ride where water constantly splashed on my face. It also has SPF 15 which is going to be good for the fall.winter season(the sun is still there guys!).It does NOT cover up breakouts! It’s just a BB cream, not a magic balm. It has limits. My only other issue with it is probably the price point. I bought it for $17 during one of Ulta’s sales, but it’s normally $34 for a tube that’s not so big, and I can get good foundation for that price. However, I’d find it to be a nice splurge buy when you want to give yourself something nice. I b ought the illuminating style, but they also have a bronzing style if you’re into that. I hope y’all have a great rest of the week! See you soon!

XOXO
