The Essence All About Roses palette which is just £4 from Wilko. This palette has some gorgous soft pinks if youre going for a more natural look but also some perfect deep browns if you want to smoke it out a bit.
There are 8 shades all together, 3 matte (or I’d say satin) and 5 shimmer. For such a small palette its so versatile and has the potential to create a wide variety of looks.

The pigmentation is just amazing. They feel so buttery and smooth and they blend like an absolute dream! This is a cool toned palette so just be aware of that when you purchase it if warm tones suit you better.
They do also have a range of other palettes such as nudes,bronze and greys but i really do think the shadows in this palette are spot on for Valentines!
